So Many Animal Calls in the USA!!!

So an untimely (and adorable) blog highjacking by Miss Venter has ruined the surprise i've been planning to drop on this blog for weeks. Yes - i've come to the USA to play with Johnny Foreigner, supporting Los Campesinos! You may be wondering why I didn't do a "Hooray for humans" post about this wonderful news two weeks ago. Honestly this is just so awesome, i was afraid that if i told anyone I'd jinx it. So I kept it to myself, didn't jinx anything, flew here and now it really is happening!

Here are the dates of our tour:

10/08/10 – Toronto, ON @ Wrongbar
10/09/10 – Laval, PQ @ Maison des Arts de Laval
10/10/10 – South Burlington, VT @ Higher Ground
10/12/10 – Philadelphia, PA @ Johnny Brenda’s
10/13/10 – New Haven, CT @ Toad’s Place
10/15/10 – Brooklyn, NY @ Music Hall of Williamsburg
10/16/10 – Brooklyn, NY @ Music Hall of Williamsburg
10/17/10 – Baltimore, MD @ Ram’s Head Live
10/18/10 – Carrboro, NC @ Cat’s Cradle
10/19/10 – Charlotte, NC @ Visulite Theatre
10/20/10 – Atlanta, GA @ Variety Playhouse
10/22/10 – Dallas, TX @ Granada Theatre
10/23/10 – Austin, TX @ La Zona Rosa
10/24/10 – Houston, TX @ Warehouse Live
10/25/10 – New Orleans, LA @ Republic
10/26/10 – St. Louis, MO @ Firebird
10/27/10 – Iowa City, IA @ The Blue Moose

It's gonna be EPIC!

Since arriving on Saturday afternoon I've been hanging out in New York with the wonderful Noah and Lexi. NYC seems fantastic. As I write, I'm on a bus, on my way through to Philadelphia (see: explanation why my USA banner looks beyond retarded). Tonight we're playing a bonus show in Philly at the a venue called Sprinkle Kingdom. Sounds more like a Super Mario Zone than a venue to me - understandably I'm super excited to play there.

Great story you got here. I'd like to read something more concerning this topic. The only thing this blog misses is some pics of some gadgets.

Just saw your Baltimore show and thoroughly enjoyed the music (especially BiPolar Friends), but also really enjoyed the graphics behind Johnny F. A great show…hope you guys are enjoying playing as much as I enjoyed hearing (and watching) you.
